Day 24 – Thursday 28.1.16
I woke up
feeling fine today and went to the gym for legs and triceps. I decided to go
into work late so made myself some bacon and cheese for breakfast. I did the
usual corn thins with cream cheese and salami for lunch and also had my
bulletproof coffee. At dinner time I made the Lebanese chicken again,
unfortunately I didn’t make it as well this time but it was still good.
