Day 15 – Tuesday 19.1.16
I was
scheduled to work late today so did a gym session in the morning for chest and
biceps. I did the opposite of yesterday and skipped breakfast but had lunch.
The usual work lunch of rice thins, cream cheese and salami. Bulletproof coffee
in work then some homemade burgers for dinner. I also forced myself to eat some
more of the ice cream I made just to get rid of it.
