Day 6 – Sunday 10.1.16
Sunday, the
day of rest – literally! Today I did absolutely no exercise, mainly as my body
was in bits after paintball yesterday. I slept in pretty late so had a
breakfast/lunch of bacon and eggs. I finished off the rest of my avocado
chocolate mousse experiment, which was in the fridge, as a snack in the
afternoon. At night-time I polished off some leftover Bolognese (no spaghetti)
and also cooked up some homemade burger patties and threw them together with
some cheese.
