Day 17 – Thursday 21.1.16
I woke up
and did some legs, triceps and abs before work. Usual breakfast and lunch and
bulletproof coffee at work. After work I got adventurous and made some Lebanese

It was absolutely amazing! So tasty, definitely recommend it. I also discovered
“Well Naturally” chocolate bars which have no sugar and only 1.8g of carbs in a
bar! I had the mint crisp one and it was beautiful.
